Application coaching [AVGS]

Application coaching provides you with personalized advice to help you successfully integrate into a new job. Application coaching focuses on individualized counseling and helping applicants set their goals regarding realistic job market opportunities, preparing up-to-date and compelling application documents, optimizing self-marketing strategies, leveraging the job exchange, and preparing for starting work.

The timing and focus of the implementation will be agreed upon individually with the participants.

• Application coaching
• Individual coaching for starting work [setting concrete goals and milestones, highlighting opportunities based on profile, increasing mobility/flexibility, considering alternatives, adjusting salary expectations to the available job market]
• Preparation and recording of professional data in the CV, as well as the underlying job descriptions
• Survey and recording of professional qualifications, skills and knowledge
• Structured job search [including an introduction to the use, structure and possibilities of the Employment Agency's JOBBÖRSE]
• Preparation of meaningful application documents [taking into account the relevant job descriptions], skills profile, job application and entry of data in the JOBBÖRSE
• Interview behavior [code of conduct, appearance, use of body language, typical questions, communication training, active interview training, and reflection]
• The email / online application [Empowering digital skills]

Duration & Course

Individual entry with a total of 12 teaching units [1 teaching unit = 45 min.].

Financial support

The prerequisite is the presence of an activation and placement voucher (AVGS). This is issued by case managers at the job center or employment agents at the employment agency.
