Through application coaching, you receive personalized guidance to help you successfully integrate into a new job. Key aspects of the coaching include individualized advice and goal setting regarding realistic job market opportunities, creating up-to-date and compelling application materials, optimizing self-marketing strategies, utilizing job search tools, and preparing for the start of employment.

The timing and focus will be determined in consultation with the participants.

• Application coaching
• Individual coaching for starting a new job [setting concrete goals and milestones, showing the possibilities based on profile areas, increasing mobility/flexibility, considering alternatives, adjusting salary expectations to the accessible job market]
• Preparation and recording of professional data in the CV, as well as the underlying job descriptions.
• Collection and recording of professional qualifications, skills and knowledge
• Structured job search [including introduction to the use, structure and possibilities of the job search function of the Federal Employment Agency]
• Preparation of compelling application documents [taking into account the relevant job descriptions], skills profile, job application and entry of the data into the JOB SEARCH
• Interview behavior [code of conduct, appearance, use of body language, typical questions, communication training, active interview training and reflection]
• The email / online application [development of digital skills]

Duration & Course

Individual entry with a total of 12 units [1 unit = 45 min.]

Financial support

The prerequisite is the possession of an activation and placement voucher [AVGS]. This is issued by case managers at the job center or employment advisors at the employment agency.
