Assisted training flex [AsA flex] | Accompanying phase
Achieve your vocational qualification with the assisted training program!
The Assisted Training program, or "AsAflex" for short, supports young people before and during their training, as well as their training companies.

Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ]
For which apprenticeships are there offers at AsA flex?
We can support you in AsA flex in all state-recognized training occupations according to the Vocational Training Act, the Crafts Code, the Maritime Labour Act, the Nursing Professions Act or the Elderly Care Act.
Are there also exam preparation courses available?
In addition to theoretical instruction and suitable support services [e.g., learning how to learn], we also offer comprehensive exam preparation courses.
Will I receive help with personal problems during my training?
Yes, the AsA flex team also supports you with personal challenges. Whether it's stress at work, conflicts at home, or uncertainties – we are there for you.
When and how often do the offers take place?
Together we'll determine how many hours of support you need. You'll typically come to us once or twice a week, more often before exams or in other situations where you have a greater need. We'll take your availability into account and try to arrange time off work for you.
Where do the events take place?
The courses can take place at our training center, at the vocational school, or at the workplace. If needed, we can also set up online courses. Together, we will find a suitable solution.
How long do I have to participate in the AsA flex program?
We adapt entirely to your needs! You can participate in AsA flex from the beginning to the end of your apprenticeship or entry-level qualification, if needed. If you find that you no longer need support, you can end your participation in AsA flex at any time.
I am already in my second year of training – can I still participate?
Yes, of course, you can join at any time during the training if you need support.
How is the cooperation with the training company going?
Your training mentor will regularly coordinate with the trainer to optimally adapt our support services for you.
What additional services are available for training companies?
Companies can also receive administrative and organizational support within the framework of AsAflex for carrying out training or entry-level qualifications, as well as for stabilizing the vocational training relationship or entry-level qualification.
Does the AsA flex cost anything?
For you and your company, using the services offered by AsA flex is free of charge. The costs are covered by the Federal Employment Agency or the Job Center.
How can I find out if AsA is right for me?
Arrange a no-obligation consultation with us. Together we'll determine if AsA flex can help you and what specific support you need.
How and where do I register?
You can contact the employment agency or the job center. They will check whether AsA flex is suitable for you. Alternatively, you can contact us directly, and we will help you with the registration.
