Assisted training [AsA flex] | Accompanying phase

Achieve your professional qualification with assisted training!

Assisted training, or “AsA flex” for short, supports young people before and during training as well as their training companies.

The AsA flex can be carried out in two phases – at some locations there is also a training preparatory phase, and the training accompanying phase is offered at all AsA flex locations.

Target group

Support is provided to young people who cannot start or continue vocational training without assistance, or who are likely to have difficulty completing their training. AsA flex also supports entry-level vocational training.

Goals

  • Accompanying phase: Stabilization of the training relationship or entry-level qualification and securing the completion of the training

Questions & Answers [FAQ]

For which apprenticeships are there offers in AsA flex?

At AsA flex, we can support you in all state-recognized training occupations according to the Vocational Training Act, the Crafts Code, the Maritime Labour Act, the Nursing Professions Act or the Elderly Care Act.

Are there also exam preparation courses?

In addition to subject-specific theoretical instruction and appropriate support programs [e.g., learning to learn], we also offer comprehensive exam preparation programs.

Will I also receive help with personal problems during my training?

Yes, the AsA flex team also supports you with personal challenges. Whether it's stress at work, conflicts at home, or insecurities – we're here for you.

When and how often do the offers take place?

Together, we'll determine how many hours of support you need. Typically, you'll come to us once or twice a week, or more often before exams or if your needs are greater. We'll take your time constraints into account and try to arrange for time off work.

Where do the offers take place?

The programs can take place at our educational center, vocational school, or on-site. If necessary, we can also offer online programs. Together, we'll find a suitable solution.

How long do I have to participate in AsA flex?

We're completely focused on you! You can participate in AsA flex from the beginning to the end of your training or entry-level qualification, if needed. If you realize you no longer need support, you can end AsA flex at any time.

I am already in my second year of training – can I still participate?

Yes, of course, you can join at any time during your training if you need support.

How does the collaboration with the training company work?

Your training supervisor will regularly consult with your trainer to ensure our support services are optimally tailored to your needs.

What additional offers are there for training companies?

Within the framework of AsAflex, companies can also receive administrative and organizational support in carrying out training or entry-level qualification, as well as in stabilizing the vocational training relationship or entry-level qualification.

Does the AsA flex cost anything?

Using AsA flex's services is free of charge for you and your company. The costs are covered by the employment agency or job center.

How can I find out if AsA is right for me?

Schedule a no-obligation consultation with us. We'll discuss together whether AsA flex can help you and what kind of support you need.

How and where do I register?

You can contact the employment agency or job center. They will determine whether AsA flex is suitable for you. Alternatively, you can contact us directly, and we will help you register.
