Transformation facilitator

In a working world increasingly characterized by digitalization, sustainability, and global competition, organizations must continuously adapt their strategies, processes, and working methods. Transformation processes require not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of change management, process optimization, and innovative approaches.

Transformation facilitators play a central role in this process. They act as internal consultants and facilitators who actively support change within companies.

Duration & Course

The program comprises a total of 121 teaching units, which are typically completed over a period of 16 weeks. It is divided into three blocks of 39 teaching units each (in-person and virtual) and a follow-up day of 4 teaching units (in-person).

Financial support

There is the possibility of receiving funding from the Federal Employment Agency as part of its employee support program. This depends on the size of the company.
