Training in cooperation [AiV]
This offer supports trainees who are in a cooperative training program, as well as companies that want to provide training but cannot cover all the training content.
The training must be conducted within a training network. This means that one company hires the trainees but cannot cover all aspects of the training itself [for example, a hotel that wants to train hotel specialists but doesn't have its own kitchen and service area] and therefore partners with a second company to be able to provide all the training content. As a result, the trainees complete part of their training at a partner company.
Target audience
The focus is on young people who might not find an apprenticeship without guidance and support, and who, through this support during their training, increase their chances of successfully completing it and subsequently enriching the Frankfurt job market as skilled workers. Apprentices must be under 27 years old and have their primary residence in the city of Frankfurt.
Goals
- Apprenticeship positions can be created by jointly training within a training network. This also applies to apprenticeship occupations that are generally rarely offered without such networks [for example, animal caretakers, media designers, or occupations with a specific specialization such as automotive mechatronics technicians for commercial vehicles].
- Successful completion of the training and integration into the labor market following the training.
