Training in a network [AiV]
This offer supports trainees who are in a joint training program as well as companies that would like to provide training but are unable to provide all of the training content.
The training must be conducted within a training network. This means that a company hires the trainees but cannot provide all the training components (for example, a hotel that wants to train hotel specialists but lacks an in-house kitchen and service department) and partners with a second company to provide all the training content. This way, the trainees complete part of their training in a partner company.
Target group
The focus is on young people who might not be able to find a training position without guidance and support. The support during their training increases their chances of successfully completing it and subsequently enriching the Frankfurt job market as a skilled worker. Trainees must be under 27 years of age and have their primary residence in the city of Frankfurt.
Goals
- Open up apprenticeships by enabling joint training within the training network. This also applies to apprenticeships that would otherwise be rarely or rarely trained without the network (for example, animal care workers, media designers, or professions with a specific specialization such as automotive mechatronics technicians for commercial vehicle technology).
- Successful completion of training and integration into the labor market following training.
