The individual modular Reha Start program offers you a tailored consultation program with preparatory steps, which will then lead to employment through in-company training phases and professional qualifications.

Reha Start lasts a maximum of 3 months and is implemented according to the individual questions and support needs in the form of a case-by-case selection from the modules listed below.

Target group

This offer is aimed at rehabilitation patients for whom standardized courses for vocational orientation and reintegration are not effective.

The prerequisite for participation is the approval of the responsible rehabilitation funding agency.

Content & Services

The offer is divided into the following modules:

Module 1 | Professional Aptitude Analysis

• Personal, professional and health requirements
• Placement potentials and barriers to placement
• Developing a realistic career perspective
• Examination of possible career profiles and fields of activity
• Analysis of the labor market and its specific requirements
• Comparison of your own profile with suitable job profiles
• If necessary, company internships to check career aspirations

Module 3 | Coaching

• personal advice and process support
• Clarification of qualification and support needs for professional integration
• Initiation and preparation of the next steps and measures
• Reflection and strengthening of personal and social skills
• Application coaching
• Optimization of application documents
• Analysis and optimization of previous application strategies
• Job research and analysis
• Telephone training
• Interview training

Module 4 | Preparation for starting work

• Addressing barriers to placement
• Contacting companies
• Search for suitable jobs
• Preparation and initiation of company internships
• Clarification of potential qualification needs

Module 5 | Psychological Counseling

• Individual discussions on psychological stabilization
• Handling work-related conflict situations

Duration & Course

Rehab Start lasts a maximum of 3 months.

Early termination of the measure is possible at any time if the employee is taken on as an employee subject to insurance contributions.

Financial support

Funding is provided by vocational rehabilitation funding bodies.
