Economy integrated
"Wirtschaft integriert" (Economy Integrates) is a statewide project of the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs. Within the framework of a continuous support chain, consisting of the funding modules "Berufsorientierung BO plus" (Career Orientation BO plus), "Einstiegsqualifizierung EQ plus" (Entry Qualification EQ plus) , and "Ausbildungsbegleitung AB plus" (Training Support AB plus ), people who need German language support are assisted in their career orientation until they successfully complete their vocational training.
The "Wirtschaft integriert" project is coordinated by the Education Center of the Hessian Economy (Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft eV) and carried out in cooperation with educational institutions, primarily of the Hessian trades.
Target audience
- People who have an increased need for language support [initial language level between A2 and B1, i.e., communication in a simple conversation is possible],
- are not yet sufficiently career-oriented and have a basic interest in dual vocational training.
Goals
- Career guidance
- Acquisition of job-related German language skills
- Examining values and norms in everyday life and the professional world
- Enrollment in an entry-level qualification or training program
- successful completion of an apprenticeship
Content & Services
The following services are offered as part of all funding modules: vocational orientation BO plus , entry-level qualification EQ plus and training support AB plus .

- Social work support
During BO plus, a vocational field-related trial period also takes place. The accompanying programs EQ plus and AB plus additionally include support and remedial instruction.

"Wirtschaft integriert" (Economy Integrated ) is a project of the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas. It is a program currently funded by the State of Hesse, the employment agencies, and the job centers, which enables people with increased language support needs to access vocational training.
Cooperation partners include the above-mentioned funding institutions, the regional directorate of Hesse of the Federal Employment Agency, the Hessian Crafts Association and the Hessian Chamber of Industry and Commerce Association.
The "Wirtschaft integriert" (Economy Integrated) project is being implemented by the Hessian Business Education Association (BWHW) in cooperation with vocational training institutions in the skilled trades and similar organizations. A project office with regional contacts has been established at the BWHW to coordinate this statewide project.
