The individual modular offer Praxis Plus offers you tailored support and guidance within the framework of a company trial and/or qualification in order to successfully enter an employment relationship.

Praxis Plus can build on the modules of our Reha Start offering.

Target group

This offer is aimed at rehabilitation patients for whom classic group measures
with internship phases [e.g. Reha Aktiv ] are not suitable for personal reasons.

The prerequisite for participation is the approval of the responsible rehabilitation funding agency.

Content & Services

Depending on the individual needs of the person undergoing rehabilitation, the measure is designed as a case-by-case selection of services from the following modules:

Module 1 | Initiation and support of operational trials

• Acquisition of suitable companies
• Support and evaluation of needs-based training measures
• Determination of necessary qualification needs for professional integration
• Preparation and support in taking up employment subject to social insurance contributions

Module 2 | Support for integration-relevant qualification measures

• Qualification advice
• Support in finding and applying for suitable qualification measures
• Support and interface work during the qualification measure
• Preparation for starting work after qualification

Duration & Course

Praxis Plus usually has an individual term of 6 months.

Early termination of the measure is possible at any time if the employee is taken on as an employee subject to insurance contributions.

Financial support

Funding is provided by vocational rehabilitation funding bodies.
