JobpraxisR - Vocational training for rehabilitation patients

Health problems sometimes necessitate giving up one's previous professional activity. Many questions arise: "What happens next?", "What am I still capable of?", "Will I find another job?", etc.
With Jobpraxis R, we specifically address this point in your career reorientation. Classroom sessions improve and expand your theoretical foundation, while multi-week internships provide needs-based practical experience in a company. Together with you, we develop individualized and tailored integration strategies and support you in their implementation.

Duration: individual duration of 9 months

  • Individual integration coaching
  • Individual initial assessment and aptitude diagnostics
  • Personal and psychosocial counselling
  • ZERA group training program
  • Application and personality training
  • Strengthening self-reliant and health-oriented behavior through interdisciplinary training

Early termination of the measure is possible at any time upon transfer to an employment relationship subject to social security contributions.

Funding is provided through the cost bearers of vocational rehabilitation.

Start dates: March 16, 2026 and September 22, 2026 in Montabaur .

Rehabilitation Start

The individualized, modular program RehaStart is designed for rehabilitation clients for whom standardized courses for vocational orientation and reintegration are not effective. They require individually tailored preparatory steps to subsequently transition into on-the-job training, vocational qualifications, or direct employment.

Duration: Individual duration of max. 3 months

  • Module 1 - Vocational Aptitude Analysis
  • Module 2 - Career Orientation & Career Planning
  • Module 3 - Coaching
  • Module 4 - Preparing for Employment
  • Module 5 - Psychological Counseling

Funding is provided through the cost bearers of vocational rehabilitation.


Practice Plus

The individual modular program PraxisPlus is designed for the group of rehabilitation patients who require specifically adapted support and guidance within the framework of a company trial and/or qualification, so that a successful transition into employment can be achieved.

Duration: individual duration of 6 months

  • Module 1 - Initiation and support of operational trials
  • Module 2 - Support for integration-relevant qualification measures

Funding is provided through the cost bearers of vocational rehabilitation.


IRU - In-house rehabilitation through retraining

A sound vocational training is an important prerequisite for career success and the best insurance against unemployment. With in-house rehabilitation through retraining [IRU], we support you on your path to a new career.

Duration: a total of 27 months [RVL in small groups]

  • Rehabilitation preparation course [RVL] 3 months, to create a foundation for the typically 2-year retraining program
  • Maximum two-year retraining in various occupational fields within the dual training system, weekly additional lessons at the BWHW
  • Social and educational support and organization by BWHW

Participants receive transitional allowance from the funding body.

Start date: May 4, 2025 in Montabaur and Limburg .


QuiT - Qualification and individual training for the professional integration of people with mental disabilities

With our offer of qualification and individual training for professional integration for mentally impaired people [QuiT], we support you on your way back to employment.

Duration: 10 months [in small groups]

  • Personal career guidance
  • Individual initial assessment and aptitude diagnostics
  • Personal and psychosocial counselling

Participants receive transitional allowance from the funding body.

Start dates: March 16, 2026, July 27, 2026 and November 23, 2026 in Montabaur .
