With the medical determination that their current job is no longer feasible for health reasons, many affected individuals begin the search for a job that suits their condition. Many unanswered questions arise: "What's next?" "What can I still do?" "Will I find another job?" etc.

In order to find answers to these questions and thus be able to face the uncertain future with effective planning, knowledge of one's own capabilities and realistic professional goals are essential.

In our professional aptitude assessment (bEA), we create your personal performance profile based on various diagnostic procedures. Combined with your previous experience, wishes, and goals, we develop a detailed integration recommendation.

Target group

This offer is aimed at people

• with disabilities,
• with severe disabilities,
• who are at risk of disability and
• who are unable to continue their previous activities due to health reasons.

The prerequisite for participation is the approval of the responsible rehabilitation funding agency.

Duration & Course

Entry is arranged individually by arrangement. The individual assignment period is typically four weeks. The time structure is divided into a two-week, full-day trial phase and an individually designed evaluation phase.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the rehabilitation funding agency.
