Vocational aptitude analysis

When a doctor determines that their previous job is no longer possible for health reasons, many affected individuals begin the search for suitable employment. Many unanswered questions arise: "What happens next?", "What am I still capable of?", "Will I find another job?", etc.

In order to find an answer to these questions and thus be able to face the uncertain future with effective planning, knowledge of one's own capabilities and realistic professional goals are indispensable.

In our clearing process with vocational aptitude analysis [bEA], we create your personal performance profile based on various diagnostic procedures. Combined with your previous experience, wishes and goals, we develop a detailed integration recommendation.

Target audience

This offer is aimed at people

• with a disability,
• with severe disability,
• who are at risk of disability and
• who are unable to continue their previous work due to health reasons.

Participation requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation cost bearer.

• Occupational health assessment
• Analysis of application documents
• Development of an integration recommendation

Duration & Course

Entry is arranged individually by agreement. The standard placement period is four weeks. The program is structured into a two-week, full-time testing phase and an individually tailored evaluation phase.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the rehabilitation cost bearer.
