Partial qualification program TQ and TQplus Salesperson

The employer initiative "One Partial Qualification Better" is a nationwide, standardized concept implemented according to compatible standards [ETAPP]. Participants acquire current knowledge in clearly defined modules, structured in line with the recognized job profile for salespersons. Choose the partial qualification [TQ] that best suits your needs.

Target audience

This offer is aimed at both companies and job seekers. We will determine which TQ (Technical Qualification) is right for you in a preliminary consultation.

Goals

• Teaching of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in accordance with the chosen TQ
• Achieving a self-contained, usable qualification with each TQ
• Upon completion of all partial qualifications of the occupational profile: creation of the basis for the external examination before the responsible chamber.

Duration & Course

Entry is by prior arrangement.

The partial qualifications usually last:

• 320 teaching units / 8 weeks [Theory and practice]
• 160 hours/ 4 weeks [work trial].

The subject-specific content of the TQplus variant [TQplus 1 and 2] for individuals requiring additional learning and integration support [e.g., migrants, long-term unemployed] corresponds to the conventional partial qualifications. In addition, participants receive 240 teaching units of supplementary instruction with individualized focus areas. The vocational trial period lasts 5 weeks [200 hours].

The partial qualification program TQ and TQplus salesperson is carried out at the Gießen and Fulda locations in combination with the program " Vocational Qualification Language Support Plus [BQS+] ".

Since September 2023, this measure has also been available on a part-time basis.
Class times are daily Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Financial support

The individual partial qualifications are AZAV-approved training measures and can be funded via an education voucher from the Federal Employment Agency or your Job Center. You need one education voucher for each partial qualification.

Employed workers can receive funding through the Qualification Opportunities Act [QCG].
