Partial qualification program TQ and TQplus salesperson

The employer initiative "One TQ Better" partial qualification program has been developed nationwide as a uniform concept and is implemented according to compatible standards [ETAPP]. Participants are taught up-to-date knowledge in clearly defined modules, structured according to the recognized job profile of a salesperson. Select the required partial qualification [TQ] based on your needs.

Target group

This offer is aimed at both companies and job seekers. We will discuss with you in advance which TQ is best for you.

Goals

• Imparting theoretical and practical knowledge and skills according to the chosen TQ
• Achievement of a self-contained, usable qualification with each TQ
• Upon completion of all partial qualifications of the professional profile: Creation of the basis for the external examination before the relevant chamber

Duration & Course

Entry is by prior arrangement.

The partial qualifications usually last:

• 320 teaching units / 8 weeks [specialized theory and practice]
• 160 hours/ 4 weeks [operational trial].

The subject content of the TQplus variant [TQplus 1 and 2] for individuals requiring additional learning and integration support (e.g., migrants, the long-term unemployed) corresponds to the conventional partial qualifications. However, participants also receive 240 teaching units of remedial instruction with individual focuses. The vocational trial lasts 5 weeks (200 hours).

The partial qualification program TQ and TQplus for salespeople is carried out at the locations Gießen, Fulda and Limburg in combination with the program " Vocational Language Training Plus [BQS+] ".

Since September 2023, this measure has also been available part-time.
Classes are held daily Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Financial support

The individual partial qualifications are continuing education measures approved under the AZAV (German Vocational Training Act) and can be funded through a training voucher from the Federal Employment Agency or your Job Center. You will need a training voucher for each partial qualification.

Employed workers can receive support through the Qualification Opportunities Act [QCG].
