The Single Contact Points for Employers [EAA] in the Hessian administrative district of Marburg-Biedenkopf informs, advises and supports companies on all issues relating to the recruitment, training and employment of severely disabled people.

The EAA provides companies with a professional and independent service that guides employers through the sometimes confusing funding jungle.

Especially in light of the shortage of skilled workers, inclusion can be part of the solution. Severely disabled people are often high-performing, motivated, and well-qualified. They represent an attractive potential for companies.
