Goals
The aim is to inspire students to pursue careers in STEM fields. Playful experimentation, company visits, and career-oriented modules are particularly effective in fostering understanding and interest.
Content & Services
Over the course of one school year, a group of 10 students will explore the three areas of computer science, chemistry/biology, and electronics. The hands-on, experiential practical units are supervised by qualified specialists from the BWHW.
To give students an insight into the world of STEM careers, company visits are organized. During the visits to partner companies, they have the opportunity to interact with trainees at the company and discuss the possibility of completing an internship.
The employment agency’s career counseling service will be involved in the project.
Participants receive a certificate of completion for the career choice pass.
Duration & Course
Entry into the project takes place through the participating schools.
The course takes place once a week in the school's afternoon program and lasts for a full school year.
