Qualification and individual training [QuiT]

Increasing professional and social demands, along with personal and family problems, are increasingly leading to mental illness. The period from diagnosis to treatment often involves enormous stress, and sometimes you have had to give up your previous career temporarily or completely. After medical rehabilitation, the question now arises: how can you successfully return to work?

With our "Qualification and Individual Training for Professional Integration for People with Mental Disabilities" [QuiT] program, we provide comprehensive and sustainable support in your career transition. Our interdisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, physiotherapists, and teachers takes your individual starting situation into account and supports you daily over a period of several months until your return to work.

To achieve this, we utilize a meaningful and individually tailored combination of group and individual programs, tailored aptitude assessments, one-on-one consultations, and specific training programs. During the practical phases, you will gain insights into various professional fields and initially test your ability to cope with stress and workload. You will reflect on the insights gained with our specialists and jointly develop new career prospects appropriate to your health situation.

Target group

QuiT is aimed at people with mental health impairments who are planning to return to work after a period of illness or medical rehabilitation. Participation requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation funding agency. We are happy to provide information about financing options for clients of the Federal Employment Agency during a personal consultation.
