Introduction to training and work
By introducing young people to training and work, they improve their individual chances of integrating into a training and job position.
Target group
Introduction to training and work is aimed at young people and young adults who have completed compulsory full-time schooling, are currently without completed vocational training and are therefore looking for a training position or job.
Goals
- Introduction to the training and labor market
- Improving individual integration opportunities by removing or reducing barriers to placement
- Integration into training or socially-paid employment
- Support in entering an entry-level qualification in accordance with Section 54 a of the German Social Code (SGB III)
- Stabilization of training and employment relationships as well as entry-level qualifications
- Ensuring the sustainability of integrations

Duration & Course
You can start at any time. The duration depends on your individual progress and can be up to 12 months.
The project “Preparing for Training and Employment” is carried out in combination with the “ Vocational Language Training Plus [BQS+] ” programme.
Financial support
The funding is provided by the municipal job center.
