Assisted Training [AsAflex] | Pre-phase

The new AsAflex instrument will be available from spring 2021 with the preliminary phase as a support service for young people and their training companies.

In this context, the existing offers of training-related support [abH] and assisted training [AsA] are merged into assisted training [AsAflex].

AsAflex can be carried out in two phases – the preliminary phase, which takes place at some locations, is optional, while the accompanying phase is a mandatory part of the project at all AsA locations.

Target audience

Eligible for funding are young people who cannot begin or continue vocational training without support, or who are expected to have difficulties completing their vocational training. Company-based entry-level qualifications can also be supported within the framework of AsAflex.

• Location assessment and profiling, individual support
• Career guidance and application training
• Supervision of practical work experience [internship]
• Active acquisition of internship and apprenticeship positions
• Preparation for the training

Services for businesses:

• Assistance in creating the prerequisites for training
• Support in the selection decision
• Support in the training of people with disabilities

Entry is possible at any time. The duration of the program is variable and tailored to individual needs.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the employment agency and/or the basic income support provider.
