INTEGRA – Individual integration coaching

The individual integration coaching INTEGRA is designed to help you achieve your goals in Germany.

Do you want to successfully complete a language course? Do you want to find a job/apprenticeship or pursue further qualifications? Do you have financial or personal problems and need someone to help you? Then integration coaching might be the right option for you.

Target group

INTEGRA is aimed at migrants who are participating in or have already completed a language course. The prerequisite is the presentation of an activation and placement voucher (issued by the KVA or the Federal Employment Agency).

• Arrival/integration in Germany [Explanation of the school system, training system, clubs, customs, etc.]
• Dealing with personal problems [e.g. health, housing situation, childcare, learning difficulties]
• Help with family or financial problems

Duration & Course

The duration is 36 consultation sessions spread over approximately 18 weeks. The appointments (1.5 hours per week outside of the language course) will be arranged individually with you.

Coaching typically takes place in person. Individual coaching sessions can also be conducted virtually (video conference) or by phone.
