INTEGRA – Individual integration coaching

Do you want to arrive in Germany, successfully complete your language course, and find a job or apprenticeship? INTEGRA – Individual Integration Coaching supports you in this. Together, we will overcome difficulties, strengthen your skills, and develop a path that suits you.

Target audience

This offer is suitable for you if you are attending an integration course or other language course, or are new to Germany and need help in everyday life, are looking for a job, training or qualification, or need support with applications, authorities or the German job market.

Goals

We want to support you in getting along better in everyday life in Germany, finding suitable work or training, solving personal problems or difficulties, recognizing and using your strengths, staying motivated and planning clear steps.

Contents

We work with you individually – on a completely personal level. We tailor the content to your specific situation. For example, we can support you with an assessment of your skills and experience, orientation in the German job market, recognition of foreign qualifications, creating application documents, searching for suitable jobs, preparing for interviews, and addressing questions about housing, finances, childcare, health, and dealing with authorities, as well as cultural issues and learning methods for your language course. A short internship is also available upon request.

Entry & Duration

You can join at any time. The coaching program comprises 36 sessions. We will schedule the sessions flexibly to suit your availability. If needed, we can also conduct individual sessions online.

Financial support

Participation is free of charge with an activation and placement voucher [AVGS] from the job center or the employment agency.
