Module Center – Coaching and Skills Development

The Modul-Center project is aimed at job seekers who would like support in their reintegration process.

Target group

• Job seekers who receive benefits from the Employment Agency [SGB III].

Goals

• With the Modul-Center project, we provide you with individual support in your re-entry into the job market.

Content & Services

The project consists of several independent modules. Individual participation in each module is agreed upon with the contact person at the Federal Employment Agency.

• Module 1 - Coaching Plus
• Module 2 - Application Training
• Module 3 - Basic IT qualifications and training
• Module 4 - Knowledge transfer of warehousing and logistics
• Module 5 - Improving professional German language skills

Modules 2-5 include additional supplementary coaching sessions [2 weekly individual sessions lasting at least 60 minutes each].

Building on the experiences and strengths of each individual, we offer a variety of support and qualification opportunities, which we tailor to meet individual needs:

• Career orientation taking into account the current personal situation
• Development of the labor market
• Creating an individual applicant profile
• Support in preparing and updating application documents
• Support with job searches
• Digital working world, Work 4.0
• Use of suitable job boards [e.g. JOBBÖRSE of the Employment Agency]
• Development of an individual self-marketing strategy
• Support and guidance in the application process, including the teaching of required digital skills
• Mediation support
• Transfer of knowledge in different areas

The project takes place at the Lauterbach site. Module 4 includes content from a cooperation partner in Alsfeld.

Duration & Course

The individual participation period for each module is between 4 weeks [Modules 2-5] and 12 weeks [Module 1].

Financial support

The Hessian Business Education Center [BWHW] is implementing the project on behalf of the Lauterbach Employment Agency.
