KlaVIER - Classroom in the virtual e-learning space for women
Women who are responsible for caring for their children or other dependents and are also required to find a career and start working often face significant challenges. To help them cope with this double burden, the "KlaViER - Classroom in the Virtual E-Learning Space" project offers professional counseling in the form of individual and group coaching sessions. The program is primarily conducted online. This makes participation possible even if there is poor public transport access to the program location or if there are no childcare options available.
