The "Coaching Plus" project is aimed at job seekers who would like support in their reintegration process.

Target group

• Job seekers who receive benefits from the Employment Agency [SGB III].

Goals

• With the "Coaching Plus" project, we provide you with individual support in your re-entry into the job market.

Content & Services

Building on the experiences and strengths of each individual, we offer a variety of support and qualification opportunities, which we tailor to meet individual needs:

• Career orientation taking into account the current personal situation
• Development of the labor market
• Support with job searches
• Digital working world, Work 4.0
• Sharpening the profile and entering the profile in the JOBBÖRSE of the Employment Agency and other suitable job exchanges
• Development of an individual self-marketing strategy [analog + digital]
• Support and guidance in the application process, including the teaching of required digital skills
• Mediation support

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is 12 weeks. The consultation appointments will be coordinated with you individually. The small group coaching sessions are offered in the mornings or afternoons (Monday - Friday). During your participation, you will also complete a company placement to ensure a smooth transition to your job.

Financial support

The Hessian Business Education Center [BWHW] is implementing the project on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency.
