Everything from a single source 2.0
The "All from One Source" 2.0 program serves as a central point of contact for participants with a dedicated contact person (a social worker acting as a "caretaker") for various and changing support and assistance needs. It is divided into a clearing phase and an activation phase.
Specific, individual barriers to integration are eliminated within the framework of a holistic approach.
Target group
- Employable people entitled to benefits under SGB II with a refugee and/or migration background.
Goals
- Development of individual support offers
- Introduction to the German training and labor market
- Career orientation
- Identification, reduction or removal of barriers to placement
- Placement in employment subject to insurance contributions
- Stabilization of employment
Content & Services
The project aims to provide individual and needs-based support to participants, particularly through the following content:
- Individual support from social education specialists
- Individual coaching such as application support, acquisition of internships and/or jobs subject to social insurance contributions by job coaches
- Project-related work/production-oriented activities
- Running a cultural café by and with participants
- Promotion of key qualifications,
- the consolidation of professional language skills
- Health orientation
- Promoting socially integrative activities
- Assessment and transfer of knowledge in the following professional fields: Nursing, Hotel & Catering, Housekeeping, Education, Sales
Duration & Course
The clearing phase lasts one week per participant.
The activation phase has an individual duration, 3 months to 6 months.
Financial support
The funding is provided by the Jobcenter Gießen.
