Fit for work [FiB]

The "Fit for Work" project offers adolescents and young adults up to the age of 19 individualized and tailored support for a successful entry into training and employment. The secondary school certificate can be obtained during the program.

Target group

• Adolescents or young adults up to 19 years of age without a secondary school certificate
• School refusers

Goals

• Placement in training or employment
• Acquisition of the external secondary school certificate

Content & Services

• Teaching social skills
• Conflict and crisis intervention
• Promoting personal development
• Group lessons in general education subjects with preparation for the external secondary school leaving certificate
• Individual career planning
• Company internships for career orientation and professional qualification
• Application training
• Socio-educational support

Duration & Course

Entry is possible at any time. Participation ends at the latest with the completion of the secondary school leaving examination.

The FiB project is carried out in combination with the “ Vocational Language Training Plus [BQS+] ” programme.
