Wayfinder for the Future – Strong in Work
The project is aimed at unemployed and job-seeking individuals who need support in re-entering the workforce. Through a modular program consisting of group and individual coaching, as well as optional on-the-job training, individual barriers to employment are reduced, career prospects are developed, and participants are systematically introduced to the job market.
Target audience
The offer is aimed at unemployed and job-seeking individuals eligible for benefits who need support with career guidance, job searching and integration into employment subject to social security contributions.
Goals
The aim of the program is to stabilize employability and achieve sustainable professional integration. Participants develop realistic career prospects, strengthen their job market-relevant and digital skills, and are specifically prepared for employment.
Content & Services
- Group coaching for career orientation and activation
- Individual one-on-one coaching to address personal barriers to employment.
- Development of self-marketing and application strategies
- Active placement support and structured job search
- Digital skills (including digital application, online job search, video communication)
- Examining the world of work 4.0 and artificial intelligence
- Preparation for job interviews and selection processes
- Optional: Work experience (internship)
Duration & Course
The measure is modular in structure and includes:
- Group coaching over 14 weeks (5 lessons per week)
- Individual coaching over 16 weeks (3 lessons per week)
- Optionally, a 2-week internship on a part-time or full-time basis.
A temporary hybrid participation (in-person/online) is possible if required.
