Competence assessment - U 25

Within the framework of the "Psychological Assessment U-25" measure, professional questions are clarified with regard to your career orientation or your personal requirements for a specific job profile/vocational training.

Target group

The offer is aimed at unemployed U-25 customers of the Lahn-Dill Jobcenter.

Goals

The program is accompanied by the clarification of individual questions. What are your intellectual abilities? What is your level of knowledge in German and mathematics? Is your resilience and perseverance sufficient for a specific career? Do you have sufficient qualifications for a desired employment subject to social insurance contributions or an upcoming vocational training program?

Content & Services

We will review and evaluate the documents you bring with you, such as your CV, certificates/journeyman's certificates, and medical reports. During an interview, we will focus on your self-assessment, your personal interests, and your professional goals.

Duration & Course

The assessment takes place on a full-time basis over one day and is divided into the areas of evaluation interview and basic education-related and career-goal-related testing procedures.
