My path – [re-]entry into the training or job market for women
The project is aimed at women with and without a migration background – especially mothers – who are planning to (re)enter the workforce. Through a combination of group sessions and individual coaching, we support participants in their career orientation, overcoming barriers to employment, and preparing for training, qualifications, or work.
Target audience
The program is aimed at women with and without a migration background – especially mothers – who are unemployed or seeking employment and are planning to return to work. It is open to both low-skilled women and women without completed vocational training who are receiving benefits under the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II) or Book III (SGB III).
Goals
This program aims to provide career guidance and preparation for (re-)entry into the education or job market. The goal is sustainable integration into employment subject to social security contributions or the commencement of vocational training, further education, or retraining. Participants stabilize their daily routines, recognize their potential, and acquire job market-relevant and digital skills.
