Activating women individually and dynamically FRIDA 2.0

Through comprehensive advice, support, and information in the form of group and individual programs, we aim to support and facilitate your [re-]entry into working life. Our approach is holistic and offers support ranging from assistance with job applications to creative and health-related activities.

Target group

  • You are female
  • come from the city or district of Giessen
  • are between 18 – 60 years old
  • are receiving SGB II benefits
  • have a migration background
  • want a better balance between family and career

Goals

  • Support for professional [re-]entry
  • Searching for and finding a suitable job and training position
  • Create opportunities for exchange and mutual support

Content & Services

  • Preparation of application documents/application management – Fit for the job
  • IT and digital learning
  • Creative offers for your health, exercise, health and family
  • Meeting café
  • Together with us, you will put together your individual project program from a variety of modules and workshops.
  • You will participate in individual, [small] group, workshop and project activities.

Duration & Course

Individual entry; weekly on Mondays.

Your participation will be regular with 5-8 hours part-time, 20 hours per week full-time and is planned for a duration of 6 months
