Coaching Center

The modular CoachingCenter project provides intensive individual coaching and support in securing employment with social security contributions. Experienced BWHW staff – job coaches, application trainers, and social workers – support the participants. They benefit from our experience as an educational provider and our excellent networks with companies and associations.

The goal of the CoachingCenter is to successfully transition into employment subject to social insurance contributions. Participants receive intensive support and active guidance throughout the placement process, based on their personal starting point.

Target group

The program is suitable for participants who are job seekers or registered as unemployed. Registration is through the employment agency in Michelstadt. Coaching can also be conducted in English or Turkish.

Content & Services

• Module 1: Introductory module, profiling, preparation of application documents and training interviews
• Module 2a: IT basics / formatting application documents
• Module 2b: IT basics / Internet, online application
• Module 3: Job search and active application
• Module 4: People under 25
• Module 5: People over 50
• Module 6: Reflection and analysis of previous efforts
• Module 7: Quali 1 (aptitude assessment for a shortened training course as part of a retraining program)
• Module 8: Individual Coaching
• Module 9: Own efforts / own research
• Module 10: Operational testing

Duration & Course

You can start on a weekly basis, either part-time or full-time. The individual assignment duration must be agreed upon in advance with the employment agency clerk.
