Coaching Center

The modular CoachingCenter project focuses on intensive, individualized coaching and support in finding employment subject to social security contributions. Experienced BWHW staff – job coaches, application trainers, and social workers – support the participants. They benefit from our experience as an educational institution and our excellent networks with companies and associations.

The goal of the CoachingCenter is the successful transition into employment subject to social security contributions. Participants receive intensive support and active guidance throughout the placement process, building upon their individual circumstances.

Target audience

This program is suitable for job seekers and registered unemployed individuals. Registration is handled through the employment agency in Michelstadt. Coaching sessions can also be conducted in English or Turkish.

• Module 1: Introductory module, profiling, creation of application documents and interview training
• Module 2a: IT Basics / Formatting Application Documents
• Module 2b: Computer Basics / Internet, Online Application
• Module 3: Job search and active application
• Module 4: Group of people under 25
• Module 5: Group of people over 50
• Module 6: Reflection and analysis of previous efforts
• Module 7: Quali 1 [Suitability assessment for a shortened training program as part of a retraining program]
• Module 8: Individual Coaching
• Module 9: Independent Efforts / Independent Research
• Module 10: Operational testing

Duration & Course

Entry is possible weekly, either part-time or full-time. The individual assignment duration must be agreed upon in advance with the case worker at the employment agency.
