SPRINT for women

The SPRINT project for women is designed to prepare women with a refugee background and language support needs for employment.

Target audience

The project focuses on disadvantaged or low-skilled women receiving benefits under the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II), the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG), Book VIII (SGB VIII), or Book XII (SGB XII) with a migration or refugee background who reside in the Hochtaunus district, as well as those who are not actively seeking employment. The project is aimed at women who have completed an integration course but lack sufficient German language skills for direct integration into the primary labor market. Participants who hold a minor part-time job may also be assigned to the project.

Goals

The measure is intended to teach participants about the role of women in society and the labor market in Germany and to enable them to learn the German language as quickly and effectively as possible, in order to integrate them into education or work and into society according to their needs and qualifications.

The measure focuses on the following key areas:
1. Introduction to the labor market / Integration into work or training
2. Language teaching
3. Social integration

By promoting language skills, digital, cultural and practical life skills, and providing targeted and close support, the aim is to enable women to integrate confidently and independently into society and the German labor market.

• Supervised internship [2 weeks]

Duration & Course

6 months of individual participation.
The allocation is made via the Hochtaunus Municipal Job Center.
