PFLEQUA – Qualification in nursing
With integrated further training as a care worker §53b SGB XI

The PFLEQUA professional development program serves as an entry point into a career in nursing and as a foundation for further qualifications. It is designed to prepare you for employment and follow-up positions in both nursing and geriatric care.

The measure includes qualification as a care worker according to Section 53 b SGB XI.

We prepare you needs-based for the demands of the nursing field. In personalized application coaching, we develop contemporary and appealing application documents.

Company internships and targeted placement activities by our specialists, alongside qualification and job-related language training, will support you on your entry into the nursing field.

PFLEQUA is aimed at people – with or without professional training – who are interested in nursing professions.

The PFLEQUA project is carried out at the Lauterbach location in combination with the " Vocational Language Training Plus [BQS+] " program.

Duration & Course

The program lasts 26 weeks (part-time) and includes 450 teaching units of theory and practical work, as well as two four-week internships totaling 160 hours in geriatric and nursing care facilities.
