Migration Coach - For individual support in your job search
The "Migration Coach" project is aimed at unemployed, job-seeking, or job-threatened people with a refugee or migration background who would like to receive assistance in their [re-]integration process into work.
Target group
Job seekers who receive benefits from the Employment Agency [SGB III].
Goals
With the “Migration Coach” project, we provide you with individual support in your re-entry into the job market.
Content & Services
Building on the experiences and strengths of each individual, we offer a variety of support and qualification opportunities, which we tailor to meet individual needs:
- Career orientation taking into account the current personal situation
- Support with job searches
- Sharpening the profile and entering the profile into the JOB SEARCH of the Employment Agency and other suitable job boards
- Development of an individual marketing strategy and application training
- Acquisition and support of operational trials
- Job-related German language training, tailored to your current language level
Duration & Course
The individual participation period is three months, during which you will attend three appointments per week at the educational center. The consultation appointments will be coordinated with you individually. Career-related language training is offered in the mornings or afternoons (Monday to Friday). During your participation, you will also complete a company placement to ensure a perfect fit for your employment.
Financial support
The BWHW is carrying out the project on behalf of the Employment Agency.
