Target group

The target group includes employed migrants entitled to benefits who have a language level of A2 – B1 and are usually over 25 years old.

Goals

Clarification of possible careers and fields of activity and identification of further qualification needs. This is determined both at the training center and in a company through work experience. In addition, information about the German labor market is provided and support is provided in the application process. The program also includes the teaching and expansion of job-related language skills.
