Demonstrate skills - learn language
The program is aimed at women with a migration or refugee background who do not yet have sufficient German language skills to successfully enter the job market. Participants receive orientation in the German training and employment system. Together, they work on their professional interests and skills in a practical way, identifying which professions they can learn and practice in Germany. They also receive support with the recognition of qualifications and applying to companies. Participants are offered intercultural, health-oriented, and job-market-oriented training. Throughout the project, their German language skills are developed and expanded in a job-related way.
