Transition management at the Christophorus School

In-depth career guidance at the special school is aimed at pupils in the pre-graduate classes, who are prepared for training and a career in the primary labor market through company visits, future-oriented work in the classroom, internships, media presentations and social and communication training.

Target group

The offer is aimed at pupils of the Christophorus special school in Mühltal from grade 10 onwards.

Duration & Course

Entry can take place in the 11th and 12th grades.

The funding is provided by the Employment Agency §33 SGB III and the Software AG Foundation, and by the Christophorus School in Mühltal.
