All-day program at the Fürstenbergerschule

PRO INKLUSIO gGmbH was commissioned to run the all-day program at the Fürstenbergerschule at the start of the current school year. Together with the school, the staff organizes a varied afternoon program for students in grades 5-7 three days a week.

Target group

Students of the Fürstenbergerschule in Frankfurt.

Currently, 50 children are taking part in the afternoon program.

Goals

The Fürstenbergerschule started with Profile 1 in the 2021/22 school year. The all-day program includes both support and leisure activities that promote extracurricular learning. It also includes a break and lunch program. Students should have the opportunity to use school as an extended living space and to develop further, discover interests and abilities, and receive individual support.

Content & Services

The Fürstenberger School's afternoon program is organized as part of the all-day program. Students can choose from a variety of activities daily between 1:05 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

  • Students can participate in supervised lunch in the cafeteria or in open break supervision

and subsequently

  • Choose between homework support and an after-school program. If students don't have homework or have already completed it, extracurricular activities are also offered.

The range of extracurricular activities is diverse (e.g., French, yoga, sports, or gourmet extracurricular activities) and can be changed at the beginning of the school year. Students are also welcome to suggest extracurricular activities.

Duration & Course

The all-day program is determined in cooperation with the school for one school year and designed according to the needs and wishes of the students.

Financial support

The all-day project is financed by the Frankfurt City School Office.
