Personal Budget

The personal budget is a specific sum of money paid to people with disabilities who are entitled to participation benefits. The person with a disability can purchase their support services independently. They can decide when, where, how, and from whom they receive these services.

The budget recipient is the focus. The basis of the personal budget is the target agreement between the budget recipient and the service provider.

The offer is aimed at people with disabilities.

Content & Services

Which support services can be purchased? All services for participation are eligible for budget allocation.

For example, the following services are available in the area of participation in working life:

  • Vocational preparation programs
  • Alternatives to sheltered workshops for people with disabilities
  • Supported employment
  • supervised in-company training
  • Company-sponsored retraining

Furthermore, the following areas are also eligible for budgeting:

  • Support with care
  • Support during leisure time
  • Support in everyday life
  • and much more
