Diagnosis of employability
As part of the employment ability diagnosis [DIA-AM], your personal aptitudes and inclinations as well as your individual career-related possibilities are determined through standardized tests, social exercises and practical exercises [Phase 1].
The results from Phase 1 can be practically tested in a company trial [Phase 2]. The company trials are usually conducted close to your home and are closely supervised by our specialist staff. Your health limitations, strengths and weaknesses, as well as your interests and preferences, are taken into account when selecting the company trial.
Target group
The program is aimed at people with disabilities whose professional potential lies at the borderline between the requirements of the general labor market and the entry requirements of the Workshop for People with Disabilities (WfbM). The responsible rehabilitation counselor at the Limburg-Wetzlar Employment Agency decides on assignment.
The target group includes in particular:
- people with learning disabilities bordering on intellectual disability
- mentally disabled people bordering on a learning disability
- People with persistent mental disorders and/or behavioral problems
Goals
The aim of the DIA-AM is to determine, through an individual aptitude analysis and operational trials, which vocational rehabilitation measure is suitable for the person with a disability.
The result can be, for example, a vocational preparatory training measure [BvB-Reha], the Supported Employment measure [UB] or qualification in a workshop for people with disabilities [WfbM].
