Supervised company retraining [bbU Reha]
A solid vocational training is an important prerequisite for career success and the best insurance against unemployment. With our supported company-based retraining program [bbU Reha], we support you on your path to a new career.
You will complete retraining in a recognized apprenticeship occupation. To help you get started with learning, we offer a preparatory course (RVL) to refresh your academic knowledge. During the RVL, we will support you in choosing a retraining occupation that is appropriate for your health situation and will work with you to find a suitable training company near your home. During the on-the-job retraining, we offer occupation-specific support services and are available to you and your employer for advice and practical assistance. Retraining in a regular company increases your career prospects.
Target audience
The bbU rehabilitation program is aimed at people with disabilities, severe disabilities, or those at risk of developing a disability who are unable to continue in their previous profession due to health reasons. Participation requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation funding agency.
