In group and individual sessions, we work with you to develop personalized application strategies to find a suitable job. You'll learn how to leverage your strengths and skills to ensure lasting integration into the workforce.

We can only achieve this goal together. Therefore, your active participation is an important foundation for the success of this initiative.

Target group

Unemployed people or people threatened by unemployment with severe disabilities from the legal areas of SGB II and SGB III.

Goals

Activation with the aim of successful placement and subsequent stabilization of employment subject to insurance contributions.

You can start at any time by arrangement. The length of assignment is also individual.

The funding is provided by the employment agency or the job center.
