Activation & placement of severely disabled or equivalent persons receiving benefits

This measure offers you support in developing your career prospects based on your skills profile and with particular consideration of your health restrictions.

Target group

The offer is aimed at people receiving benefits with a recognized severe disability [from a degree of disability, GdB of 50] or an equal status with multiple barriers to employment.

Goals

The aim is to successfully integrate the participants into a suitable training or job.

Content & Services

Adapted to your personal starting situation, goals and steps are defined and implemented together with you.

In order to analyze your current situation and define your specific support needs, we design the measure in three phases.

Phase 1 | Needs assessment

• Analysis of your CV data as well as your certificates and medical documents
• Conducting the MELBA test in one-on-one contact to create your personal skills profile
• Testing your social, cognitive and psychomotor characteristics

Phase 2 | Preparation for Integration I

• Matching phase
• Updating and optimizing your application documents
• Acquisition of your training and/or job
• Comparison of the skills profile with the company's requirements profile

Phase 3 | Preparation for Integration II

• Planning, implementation and support of your internship
• Individual agreements with your new employer regarding induction, training and necessary qualification needs
• Support with possible psychosocial problems

At the end of the program, we will work with you to review the goals you have achieved, inform you about further support options available from the integration services , and plan further steps with you.

Duration & Course

The duration of participation is set at six months with two hours per week for those joining on a rolling basis. If necessary, the program can be extended for a maximum of six additional months, for a total of 12 months.

Financial support

Admission to the measure takes place after a consultation on the basis of an activation and placement voucher [AVGS].
