Further training as a systemic consultant

Since October 2005, viisa, in cooperation with the Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft eV (Hessian Business Education Center) in Darmstadt, has been offering advanced training to become a systemic consultant. This program is divided into a basic and advanced course. The training is based on the guidelines of the Systemic Society [SG], whose certificates can be obtained through viisa.

Target group

The offer is aimed at professionals from the consulting, psychosocial and educational fields as well as the areas of human resources management and organizational development and consulting.

Goals

viisa is a continuing education association that brings together institutes from Germany and abroad (Association of International Institutes for Systemic Working Methods). Its goal is to promote international quality standards in the fields of counseling and therapy, as well as their research and development. Since 1980, the Marburg Institute has offered continuing education courses, organized conferences, and conducted research projects. Furthermore, viisa has integrated the Systemic Job Coach training program into its counselor training program. It comprises seminar units 1 to 7 and is certified by viisa upon completion of the seven seminars.

The educational institute of the Hessian economy aims to provide social and labor policy educational work, to support the human resources and educational work of Hessian companies and to qualify and integrate target groups in the labor market.

In the cooperation between viisa and BWHW, both want to jointly support the process of participation, consultation, moderation and leadership within organizations and systems and in communication with them in order to enable effective participation in social processes.
