About the Erasmus+ project “EuroMobility”

The Erasmus+ project "EuroMobility" offers trainees and young professionals from all over Germany the opportunity to complete a work-related internship abroad. Scholarships are awarded that enable trainees and young professionals (for up to one year after completing their training) to expand their international professional skills, their competitiveness, and their foreign language skills, as well as to learn about the work processes of the host country.

Content & Services

The international internship is prepared, supported, and followed up by the staff of the Erasmus+ project "EuroMobility". We will assist you in finding an internship abroad. The internship content will be tailored to your specific vocational training or field of study.

Internship duration?
The possible funding period is at least 2 weeks.

Where?
Erasmus+ supports stays in all 27 EU member states. Internships can also be completed in Norway, Iceland, Serbia, North Macedonia, Liechtenstein, or Turkey.

Financial support?
Scholarship: Country-dependent grant for travel expenses, accommodation and meals. Erasmus+ covers approximately 80% of the total costs.

Ongoing.

Participation requirements

Those who can participate...

... trainees

  • provided they are in vocational training according to the Crafts and Trades Code/Vocational Training Act (all occupational fields) and have already passed the intermediate examination or part 1 of the extended final examination
  • English and/or basic knowledge of the language of the target country are required.
  • Support for the vocational school has been promised
  • Time off by the company (no vacation allowed) and continued payment of the training allowance is guaranteed.

... skilled workers

  • Within the twelve months following completion of their training, young professionals can also participate in the project and apply for a scholarship.
