Supervised company training

Accompanied company training [bbA] for people with special needs aims to enable young people with disabilities to start, continue and successfully complete vocational training.

Practical training within the framework of the bbA (vocational training program) takes place in recognized training companies and begins on September 1 of each year. This is preceded by a preparation phase lasting several months. Students can learn all state-recognized training occupations under the Vocational Training Act, the Crafts Code, and the Elderly Care Act.

Target group

The offer is aimed at young people and young adults under 25 years of age who are looking for a training place and who require special assistance due to their disability.

Duration & Course

You can join 3-6 months before the start of your training each year. The duration depends on the specific training occupation.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the employment agency and/or the basic security provider.
