Socially pedagogically supported life planning

SouL supports you in your professional orientation and activation as well as social stabilization with the aim of your transition into employment or training.

Target group

The offer is aimed at both young people [under 25 years of age] and adults [25 years of age and older].

Goals

The measure aims to introduce you to employment through actively experiencing your strengths and resources and by reducing your fears and prejudices.

Content & Services

Drawing on our experience in implementing SouL projects and building on a trusting working relationship, we support you in developing new perspectives together with us. Improving your key qualifications and problem-solving skills are further components of the project to reduce potential barriers to integration. Your regular participation, your interaction with "like-minded people," and your reflection on your current life plan contribute to the development of your social skills and lay the foundation for subsequent training or employment.

In particular, we support you with the following services:

• Individual and group training
• Excursions, leisure activities and company visits
• Internship
• Reflection and reorganization of life planning
• Employment-oriented life planning
• Mediation and activation of everyday structures
• Building self-esteem, motivation and social skills
• Recognizing your own resources and barriers to communication
• Strengthening and stabilizing your personal responsibility

The Hessian Business Education Association is implementing this program on behalf of the Lahn-Dill Job Center.

Duration & Course

The duration of participation is set at 12 months.

The project is divided into three phases:

• Phase 1: Stabilization and development phase [12 weeks]

• Phase 2: Advanced and practical phase [30 weeks]

• Phase 3: Consolidation and detachment phase [10 weeks]

Financial support

The costs are covered by the Lahn-Dill Jobcenter.
