Promotion and teaching of basic skills

To improve the chances of success of in-company retraining or qualification-oriented further training measures, participants receive a training offer in advance which specifically prepares them for further training or retraining by imparting basic skills, learning techniques and general principles.

Target group

• People who are seeking a recognized professional qualification and would like to prepare for the corresponding professional development program.

• The measure is aimed at lower-performing, low-skilled individuals whose basic skills, particularly in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics and information and communication technologies, are too insufficient to successfully participate in qualification-related further training.

• Preparation for professional qualification

• Refresher of spoken and written German and arithmetic skills

• Expanding and training your knowledge of PC and Internet use

• Acquisition and practice of methods and techniques that can increase learning success

• Practice of key skills

• Become familiar with the practical requirements of retraining or partial qualification
