Coaching [part-time] training

The [part-time] training coaching is an individual measure of the Marburg-Biedenkopf district job center for sustainable placement in [part-time] training subject to social insurance contributions or, in individual cases, in company-based retraining.

During the ongoing and regular information events and individual discussions at the BWHW at the Biedenkopf, Marburg, and Stadtallendorf locations, the focus is on the exchange of information regarding career opportunities and prospects on the German labor market (particularly with regard to [part-time] training).

For those who are interested in or eligible for [part-time] training/retraining, the framework conditions/prerequisites for successful commencement of training will be created within the framework of a "preliminary project" [5 places].

In this part of the implementation, the central topics are career orientation, the motivation to venture into [re-]entry into the profession and job-related language training, as well as application training, targeted company acquisition for company trials and job acquisition for training.

There is an ongoing intensive exchange and coordination with the employer's personnel service [AGPS].
