Outreach Coaching U25

The Outreach Coaching U25 project is aimed at adolescents and young adults who have terminated their cooperation with service providers due to their individual circumstances. We seek out the young people in their community, offer opportunities for discussion and support to improve their personal situation, and gradually involve the relevant service providers.

Our offers

The project comprises three consecutive modules and includes the following offerings:

• Contacting and building relationships
• Analysis of the personal situation
• Recognizing the necessary help
• Acceptance of offers of help and support
• Activation and stabilization
• Support in contacting service providers
• Supporting communication with service providers

Who can participate?

The offer is aimed at young people and young adults up to 25 years of age living in the Bergstraße district, who

• can no longer be reached by the various legal systems
• are overwhelmed by their personal situation
• have withdrawn and can no longer be reached by conventional means

Entry & Duration

You can join at any time. We're happy to support you through initial contact with your personal network.
The duration of participation depends on individual needs. The program is generally designed for a period of 12 months.

Financial support

Funding is provided by Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße, the employment agency in the Bergstraße district, the youth welfare office in the Bergstraße district, the social welfare office in the Bergstraße district, the refugee office in the Bergstraße district and the youth employment support in the Bergstraße district.
