Outreach coaching for under-25s

The outreach coaching project for young people under 25 is aimed at adolescents and young adults who, due to their individual circumstances, have ended their collaboration with service providers. We seek out these young people in their environment, offer counseling and support to improve their personal situation, and gradually involve the relevant service providers.

Our offers

The project comprises three modules that build upon each other and includes the following offerings:

• Establishing contact and building relationships
• Analysis of personal situation
• Identifying the necessary support
• Acceptance of help and support services
• Activation and stabilization
• Support in contacting the service providers
• Support for communication with service providers

Who can participate?

The offer is aimed at young people and young adults up to 25 years of age who live in the Bergstraße district.

• can no longer be reached through the various legal systems
• are overwhelmed by their personal situation
• have withdrawn and can no longer be reached by usual means

Entry & Duration

You can join at any time. We are happy to support your entry by making initial contact through your personal network.
The duration of participation depends on individual needs. The program is generally designed for a period of 12 months.
