With our program, we offer young people the opportunity to explore and improve their opportunities on the training and job market. Together, we specifically develop strengths and skills and compare them with expectations. We help, guide, and support them with career orientation as well as with the search for and application for training and job positions. Internships offer the opportunity to gain insight into various work and professional fields and to impress companies with their skills. Group and individual sessions can address both personal and professional topics. We continue to support young people during the first few weeks after they begin a training or job position.

Who can participate?

This offer is aimed at employable, eligible young people and young adults between 14 and 24 years of age who are entitled to benefits under the Social Code (SGB II).
