Activate – Integrate – Launch – Train [AIDA]

With the vocational preparatory training measure AIDA, we would like to contribute our experience in the vocational preparation of disadvantaged young people (up to and including 29 years of age) and make a contribution to enabling this target group to make a sustainable entry into the training market.

Target group

  • AIDA's target group includes people who are far removed from the training and labor market, who have so far failed to meet the performance requirements of school and the training and labor market, and who have so far acquired only low qualifications.
  • The target group also includes young refugees for whom further attendance at vocational schools [BzB, InteA, SfE] is not productive or who have exhausted the educational opportunities and have not yet been able to take up training or employment.
