Activate – Integrate – Launch – Train [AIDA]
With the vocational preparation program AIDA, we want to contribute our experience in vocational preparation for disadvantaged young people [up to and including 29 years of age] and help to enable this target group to have a sustainable entry into the training market.
Target audience
- AIDA's target group comprises people who are far removed from education and the labor market, who have so far failed to meet the performance requirements of school and the education and labor market, and who have only acquired a low level of qualification.
- The target group also includes young refugees for whom further attendance at vocational schools [BzB, InteA, SfE] is not beneficial or for whom they have exhausted their educational opportunities and have not yet been able to start an apprenticeship or employment.
Goals
The main goal of the vocational training program AIDA is the qualification and employment of young people.
