Virtual re-entry

Have you been unemployed for a long time due to family responsibilities and would like to return to work?
You may be faced with factors that make your return difficult:

Your application documents may be outdated, or your professional qualifications may no longer be relevant to the current job market. Childcare needs to be arranged. Perhaps you're no longer fully aware of your own strengths.
In rural areas, mobility problems often arise.

Target group

The offer is aimed at women who, after a break from work (due to childcare or caregiving), require needs-based, individual and targeted support in their professional integration or reintegration into working life.

Goals

This offering gives you the opportunity to work through the content online, mostly from home, in a "virtual classroom." The necessary technical equipment will be provided.

In the additional virtual application coaching, you will receive support on your way to employment and even after you have started your new job.

• IT skills in the application process
• Introduction to the BA job exchange
• Preparation and revision of application documents

• Stabilization of employment through aftercare

Duration & Course

26 weeks. During this time:

- 2 x 3 hours per week online group lessons

- 25 online individual coaching sessions

- 2 attendance days at the educational center

4 weeks of operational testing

Financial support

The Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft eV (Hessian Business Education Center) is conducting this program on behalf of the Limburg-Wetzlar Employment Agency. Approval for participation can be obtained from your personal contact at the Employment Agency.
