Support coaching

Participation in the program provides participants with the opportunity to develop and strengthen their own action skills through both challenge and support, as well as to support the development of alternative courses of action. This activation is complemented by intensive socio-educational support. At the end of the program, participants should be sufficiently activated and stabilized to participate in further support measures or, ideally, be referred to the placement process.

Job seekers who want individual advice and sustainable support.

Goals

The aim of this program is to activate and motivate participants with multiple challenges and support needs through targeted individual assistance (in individual cases, also involving the corresponding community of need). Through intensive one-on-one counseling, they will find tailored support to overcome their challenges and thus prepare them for long-term employment. Each participant is assigned a dedicated coach. This coach will accompany the entire integration process during the 14-week participation period. The coach will be the contact person for participant-related communication throughout the entire program, both for the participant and for the responsible contact persons at the Wetterau Job Center.

• Maintaining health, promoting health and strengthening skills
• Career alternatives and perspectives
• Apartment coaching
• Identification, reduction, and removal of barriers to employment: IT knowledge transfer
• Mediation and stabilization
• Social-educational support
• Operational testing

The coach will address your individual needs and be your point of contact for any problems or questions you may have. They will schedule individual weekly meetings with you in our offices.

Duration & Course

Once commissioned by the Wetterau Job Center, you can start at any time.

You will receive individual support from a coach for two hours per week for 14 weeks.

Financial support

The Hessian Business Education Center is implementing this project on behalf of the Wetterau Job Center. The Wetterau Job Center is responsible for assigning applicants to the program.
