SprinT - Intensive support for professional integration

The objective of the SprinT project is the successful integration into employment subject to social insurance contributions. Participants receive intensive support and active guidance throughout the placement process, based on their individual circumstances. Following successful placement, up to six months of follow-up support is offered to ensure sustainable placement success.

Target group

SprinT is aimed at unemployed people who are registered for participation by the employment agency.

Duration & Course

The duration of participation is 11 weeks.

Individual participation in 3 modules per week on at least two days a week as well as an individual consultation.

The Hessian Business Education Association is carrying out this project on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency.
